Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client as agreed in the project contract. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how. Content on this website belongs to Digital Trade Tech and may not be copied without permission.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during a project and to use it only for the purposes of that project.

07Warranties and Disclaimer

We work with care and aim for high quality, but we do not guarantee that software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Services are provided on an "as is" basis except as stated in a written contract.
